About this camp

SPARK is a free summer program for students in grades K–7 attending eligible Springfield schools. The program runs Monday–Thursday and features weekly themes, hands-on project-based learning, academic skill support, recreation (PE, music, art), choice time, social-emotional/community building, and snack, lunch, and recess. Elementary students attend at Maple Elementary; incoming 6th grade and current 6th–7th grade students attend at Hamlin Middle School. Limited transportation is available for qualifying students.
