North Douglas Warriors Softball 19-9 Riddle / Days Creek

The North Douglas softball team's bats came alive in a big way Friday afternoon, plating 19 runs in a dominant 19-9 victory over Riddle/Days Creek on the road. The Warriors used an explosive offensive attack to improve their perfect record to 7-0 on the season.

While the final score suggests a comfortable win, Riddle/Days Creek managed to push across nine runs of their own, making for an entertaining high-scoring affair. North Douglas answered every challenge, however, using timely hitting and aggressive baserunning to pull away for the 10-run victory margin.

The non-league contest provided valuable experience for the Warriors as they continue building momentum through the early portion of their spring campaign. With their undefeated streak intact, North Douglas has established itself as one of the area's most potent offensive teams.
